Q:How to submit your problems to us?

A: If you encounter problems when using ZWCAD, please describe the problem in detail, in order to make us to understand it. For example:

1: Whether the problem always happening, or just happens to some files, descript the operations step by step.

2: If the problem is just happening to specify files, it is better that send the files to us for testing, because it will help us to find out the problem as soon as possible. If we do not have the file, it will be difficult for us to reproduce the porblem and fix it.

3: Also please tell us version of ZWCAD on which you encounter the problem,you can get the version number via "vernum" command.
