ZWSOFT, a reliable provider of all-in-one CAx (CAD/CAE/CAM) solutions, recently announced the successful completion of the 2023 ZWSOFT CAD Competition. This annual contest is designed to nurture students' CAD skills, particularly in mechanical design, while fostering communication and connection among students.
2023 ZWSOFT CAD Competition: A Platform for Global Talents
In its third edition, this year's competition attracted 7606 students from across the globe, making it one of the most engaging editions yet. The contest featured two main sections: Mechanical Part 2D Drawing using ZWCAD 2024 MFG and 3D Modeling using ZW3D 2024 Academic, offering students the flexibility to demonstrate their skills in either or both categories. Prior to the competition, ZWSOFT's technical team provided comprehensive ZWCAD and ZW3D online training for participants, ensuring they were well-prepared.

This year's competition witnessed an awe-inspiring array of drawings from talented students. After meticulous evaluation, our expert panel has selected 16 outstanding participants as winners in the international division of the 2023 ZWSOFT CAD Competition. Congratulations to Muhammad Haniifa Azka At-taqiy for leading the ZWCAD section, and Nugraha Faisal for excelling in the ZW3D section, among other remarkable talents.

Outstanding Contributions and Collaborations throughout the Competition
ZWSOFT extends its deepest appreciation to PT. Neosia Pratama Indonusa for their invaluable contribution throughout the competition. Their efforts were instrumental in expanding the competition's reach and impact.

Furthermore, ZWSOFT is grateful to Politeknik Manufaktur (POLMAN) Bandung for their active participation and outstanding organizational efforts. POLMAN Bandung, a distinguished Indonesian polytechnic university, is dedicated to preparing students for professional careers in the manufacturing industry. Its industry-based learning approach, which blends academic theory with practical industrial applications, contributed to many of its students achieving top honors in the competition.
Dr. Ismet P. Ilyas, Senior Researcher at Politeknik Manufaktur (POLMAN) Bandung, remarked, "The ZWSOFT CAD Competition aligns with our methodology of integrating academic learning with real-world industrial practices. It has not only honed our students' CAD skills but also provided them a valuable platform to apply and showcase their knowledge in a practical and competitive setting."
